The Latah Trail allows you to travel between Moscow and Troy on a 10-foot wide paved path, along State Route 8 . There are some parts on the Latah Trail that are private property and some that are public access, so make sure to keep an eye out for them. You are going to get some really great views as you go about 19 miles.
