Named after a former president of Washington State University, the Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center is dedicated to WSU’s educational mission of diversity.  The Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center is made for student activities, but it is also made to bring many peoples of different cultures and nationalities together in one very unique space.  Close to the Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center is the Welcome signs, which are often used as photo opportunities, particularly for robed graduates of WSU.
